Crimson Moon does not offer a traditional face-and-body character creator. The Nephilim protagonist is fixed. Visual identity comes mainly from equipped armor, while gameplay identity comes from weapons, perks, Weapon Arts, and Angel forms.
Is there a character creator?
No—not in the sliders, presets, and custom-face sense. You play a defined Nephilim: a human–angel hybrid serving the Order of the Crimson Moon. You cannot replace that protagonist with a fully custom avatar.
What can you customize?
Armor is the main visual layer. Head, torso, arm, and leg pieces change your appearance and also carry stats or perks. Rings, talismans, weapons, shields, and Angel choices complete the loadout, though not every equipment slot is equally visible.
| Face / body sliders | Not available |
|---|---|
| Armor appearance | Changes with equipped gear |
| Weapons | Visible and build-defining |
| Angel form | Distinct combat transformation |
Does Crimson Moon have transmog?
Launch review material says transmog was not available in the launch version, while developers were aware of the request. Until an official update confirms otherwise, assume your equipped armor determines both stats and look.
Customization is mostly mechanical
Crimson Moon puts its deepest choice in the armory, not the mirror. A different Weapon Art, perk roll, shield, or Angel form can change your playstyle far more than a cosmetic option. If you came looking for classes, the game uses equipment-driven builds instead.
